How these estimates were produced
BMR uses the Mifflin–St Jeor equation. TDEE applies the selected activity multiplier. Calorie change uses an approximate 3,500 kcal per pound of requested weekly change, bounded to a maximum 25% deficit or 15% surplus. Macro and training targets are configurable starting points, not individualized medical or coaching prescriptions.
