Coaching Relationships
Understand invitations, member-controlled sharing, assigned training, check-ins, and feedback.
Invitation and consent
An approved coach can invite a member to connect. A pending invitation does not share the member's records. The member reviews the invitation and consents before the relationship becomes active. The app presents what coaching information is covered; the member can turn sharing off or end the relationship later.
Training and review
Coaches can prepare and assign workout templates or multi-week programs to active clients. Assigned copies are separate from the coach's source, and workouts and results belong to the member. Coaches can review permitted training information without editing the member's workout history or account settings.
Check-ins and feedback
Coaches can set structured prompts and a recurring check-in schedule. Members see when a response is due in the app, can submit a response, and can correct their latest response until the next check-in is due. There are no email or push reminders for check-ins. Responses use the existing coaching consent and are separate from private coach notes and member-visible feedback.
Private coach notes are not shared with the member. Shared feedback is visible to the member. Ending a relationship or turning off sharing blocks further coach access to the covered information. Check-ins and training tools are not medical advice; a missed check-in is not a health or safety assessment.
