Workout Logging
Start a session, record your work, and review a clear summary when you finish.
Start and finish
Open Workouts to create a blank workout or start from a template. Begin the session when training starts; complete it when you finish. The app records the session duration and adds completed workouts to your dashboard and training calendar.
Record sets
For each exercise, enter reps and weight, then mark the set complete. You can add working or warm-up sets. Warm-up sets are kept separate from working-set summaries. During a session, previous performance and a rest timer can help you keep your place.
RPE and estimated effective reps
RPE is your estimate of how difficult a set felt. The app uses whole-number RPE entries; for example, RPE 8 roughly corresponds to two repetitions left, and RPE 10 to reaching failure. Effective reps are estimates derived from the set's RPE, not a direct measurement of muscle stimulus.
Set techniques
When prescribed in a template, a workout can identify supersets, rest-pause, cluster, and drop sets. Follow the labels in the workout; record each indicated effort or load portion separately. These methods are available with eligible paid access.
A completed workout summary includes session duration, exercises, working sets, estimated effective reps, body-part work, and personal-record indicators. Workout logging is for training organization and is not medical advice.
