Send an app support request from your signed-in account or contact us with a general question.
Support from the app
The detailed support form is available to signed-in members in the app. Open Help, choose Contact Support, select a category, and describe the issue. Do not include your password or other sensitive credentials in a support message.
If you cannot sign in, visit the public Contact page for general questions. The page will show whether message delivery is currently available.
