Progress and Body Stats

Review your logged training, activity calendar, strength estimates, and body measurements.

Dashboard and training calendar

The dashboard highlights recent training and progress. Workouts appear in the calendar after completion. You can also record cardio or an intentional rest day; multiple activity types on one date can be shown together.

Progress reports

Eligible paid plans include expanded reports over selectable time ranges. Depending on your history, reports can show estimated strength, training volume, workout activity, and body-part work. Estimated one-rep max values are calculated from logged sets and should be treated as estimates, not tested lifts.

Body Stats

Record bodyweight and measurements to review changes over time. Body-fat values and other calculated measures are estimates based on the data provided; they are not clinical assessments. Use consistent measurement practices when comparing entries.

You control your personal entries. If you accept a coaching relationship, the coach can view supported information according to the consent presented in the app. See Coaching Relationships for details.
